Walk with me

Hike among the Giant Redwoods with an experienced guide and go home with a memory that will last a ‚Äčlifetime

Please wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather. We will be walking on uneven ground with some elevation gains so proper footwear is essential not only to prevent injury but to allow you to get the most out of your experience. You do not need hiking boots per se and I often hike in trail shoes. The main thing to keep in mind is to have a sturdy sole. NO SANDALS or FLIP FLOPS! The weather is typically mild at the locations we visit. i layer my tops and wear lightweight pants. I do not recommend shorts but tank tops for the afternoon is fine as long as you have a warmer layer on top. It can get very cool in some of the shady spots in the morning as well as on the beach.

special dietary needs

Please notify us in advance if you have any food allergies or special dietary requests.  We are more than happy to accommodate special requests.

leave no trace

We are proud to be part of the Leave No Trace philosophy. This means that we do not wander off of designated trails, litter with paper or even orange peels, we do not feed the animals - they are Wild! Please be mindful when in the forest and do not play music or raise your voices. Remember, we are simply visitors in the home of our animal friends.
